This beautiful holistic package is deeply relaxing, emotionally healing and spiritually awakening. The Healing Hands package will not only relax the body but pamper the soul. Designed for those people looking to take the time out from modern-day stress and anxiety, and not merely treat themselves but truly relax and awaken the spirit. Your 2.5-hour escape from the world will begin with a 30-minute Foot treatment including soak, aromatic ‘Lemon myrtle & Himalayan salt’ scrub, and soothing massage with ‘Frankincense & Orange’ foot cream, aimed to alleviate any stress you are holding and to relax the mind, while being served traditional Japanese tea and sweets. This will then be followed by a profoundly healing 60-minute massage of your choice without any upgrade fees. Then finally, with your body and mind entirely still, heal and revive through the hands of one of our Reiki therapists with a 60-minute Reiki treatment.

Do I need to make a deposit for a package booking?
Yes. Please secure your package booking with a deposit. All package bookings require a deposit to act as security for the booking. Bookings are final on same day as the booking. Please visit ‘FAQ’ for our policy.
What massage can I select in this package?
- Any massage style can be selected if we have availability on your requested date. There is no upgrade fee for speciality massage for Healing hands package. However, please note that Remedial massage can’t be booked in a package.

Our Healing hands package is designed to offer a gentle soothing experience. We would recommend selecting from Shiatsu, Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Hot stone massage and Pregnancy massage without any additional fee for this package.

CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER FOR ONLINE BOOKING?
Unfortunately our booking page does not accept voucher payments. Feel free to reach out to us via Booking Request Form or Phone (03 9017 6032) to provide us with your gift voucher code, along with your preferred date, time, the number of individuals in your group, and the specific service you desire.
HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE AFTER RECEPTION HOURS (6PM MON-SAT & 4PM SUN) ?
For bookings made outside of our reception hours (6 PM Monday to Saturday, 4 PM Sunday), the remaining balance payment will be conveniently charged to your card on the day of your booking. Please ensure that your card has adequate funds to cover this payment. If you did not make any deposits when making an appointment (such as bookings valued under $150 made via phone), our receptionist will contact you on the booking day.
Please note:
- Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may not have availability to offer the whole duration of your booking. If we cannot communicate by phone or email within 15min from your booking starting time, we will consider as a No-Show booking, and deduct the remaining balance as a penalty.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: We have a cancellation/rescheduling notice policy (24-hour for one or two people, and a 72-hour for groups/three or more people). Please call for any changes before these timeframes to avoid a penalty/full cost of your booking. *If you cannot talk to our reception staff, please send us email or use our Enquiry Form.
- Group booking balance payment due: To ensure a hustle-free check-in procedure, the balance payment for group bookings will be required four days before the booking date. If you failed to finalise your balance payment 4days before, we may need cancel and refund your booking.
- Treatment rooms: Any packages or treatments can be booked in a double room for a couple/friends/family session if you inquire in advance. Alternatively, you can book online and request a double room by leaving a comment in the note section. (*Except for Float sessions.)
- Medical certificates: If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor to make an appointment.
- Pregnancy treatments: Please notify if you are pregnant! We cannot accommodate you for any treatment if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks. We can accommodate customers who are between 13 and 38 weeks. We are unable to accommodate last-minute disclosures, such as arriving and revealing you are under 13 weeks, or requesting a cancellation due to labour after 39 weeks. In these cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a penalty (the full booking cost) will be charged.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Sunday will incur a 15% surcharge per person applies to all bookings, including sauna and float sessions. The balance can be paid at the shop if your booking time is before 4:00PM. Public Holidays will incur a 15% surcharge per person applies to all bookings including sauna and float sessions, and full payment is required at the time of booking. *These surcharges also apply to gift vouchers and discounted membership rates for bookings made on these days.
