Spoil your loved one and let them feel like a Japanese princess with our 2hr/45min Japanese Princess Pamper package!

Your journey will start with a 60-minute body treatment (full body exfoliation and body wrap) chosen from a luxurious Sakura Blossom, or Vanilla/Honey/Cocoa. Your therapist will help you decide which one is best for your skin condition. Whilst you are cocooned in our body-wrap, drift away with a harmonising head scalp massage. Then, after a rainwater shower take some time to relax with complimentary Japanese sweets and tea in our relaxation room. Next, you will enjoy an exquisitely relaxing 45-minute full body massage, finally finishing with a rejuvenating 45 minute Babor Facial treatment all customised for your skin condition.

Please note:

  • We do not  perform blackhead extractions during facials. We would recommend seeking other specialists.
  • If you have sensitive skin, it’s important to consult your doctor first to ensure your skin is suitable for facial treatments. Using irregular or new products on sensitive skin can cause more harm than good. To protect your skin, consider visiting a dermatologist before booking.

_ Japanese Princess Package FAQ -

I am pregnant. Can I book a Princess Package?

  • No. Unfortunately, this package is not suitable for any stage of pregnancy. We do not recommend Aromatherapy and also Body treatment. Alternatively, we can offer a ‘Head to Toe Package‘ with Pregnancy Massage upgrade for who has passed her first trimester of pregnancy.

Can I have upgrade massage style in this package?

  • Yes. You will be able to upgrade your package with our luxurious Hot Stone Massage (a $10 additional fee).

Can I have an upgrade on my Facial treatment?

  • Yes. Please let us know in advance. We have a facial upgrade option to a premium ‘Spa Facial Treatment’ (additional $10). Then you will have a selectable masque option (select from hydrating/brightening/anti-ageing) which is not included in Babor facial.

CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER FOR ONLINE BOOKING?

  • Feel free to reach out to us via email or phone to provide us with your gift voucher code, along with your preferred date, time, the number of individuals in your group, and the specific service you desire. This information will enable us to make all necessary arrangements for your booking. On the other hand, if you’re comfortable making a temporary deposit via online booking system, kindly leave a comment in the note area during the online booking process. This should include your voucher code. Subsequently, as soon as we confirm your online booking, we’ll initiate the deposit refund process promptly.

HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE AFTER RECEPTION HOURS (6PM MON-SAT & 4PM SUN) ?

  • For bookings made outside of our reception hours (6 PM Monday to Saturday, 4 PM Sunday), the remaining balance payment will be conveniently charged to your card on the day of your booking. Please ensure that your card has adequate funds to cover this payment. In cases where no card was used during the booking process (such as bookings valued under $150 made via phone), our receptionist will contact you on the day of your reservation to facilitate the pre-payment process.

Please note:

    • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may not have availability to offer the whole duration of your booking.
    • We have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for booking for one person or two people, a 72-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for group booking (more than three people). Cancelling/Rescheduling less than these timeframes will incur a penalty fee/full amount of the booking.
    • Group bookings (three or more people) need to be finalised 4 – days before the booking date. We may required to cancel your booking if you failed to finalised in advance.
    • Bookings made on public holidays will incur a 10% surcharge/person and must be finalised on the same day they are placed. This also applies to gift vouchers and discounted membership rates for bookings made on these days.  Our reception staff will contact you if you have made an online booking on public holidays to finalise.
    • Bookings made on Sundays will incur surcharge : Single treatment bookings $10/person (Except for single Sauna and Float session), Package bookings $15/person. This also applies to gift vouchers and discounted membership rates for bookings made on these days.
    • Any packages or treatments can be booked in a double room for a couple/friends/family session if you inquire in advance. Alternatively, you can book online and request a double room by leaving a comment in the note section. (*Except for Float session.)
    • If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor to make an appointment.
    • Please notify if you are pregnant! We cannot accommodate you for any treatment if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks. We can accommodate customers who are between 13 and 38 weeks. We are unable to accommodate last-minute disclosures, such as arriving and revealing you are under 13 weeks, or requesting a cancellation due to labour after 39 weeks. In these cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a penalty (the full booking cost) will be charged.
    • Our automatic confirmation or reminder does not contain your guest’s information. Please send your guest’s contact details (name, phone number, email) if you’d like them to receive reminders.
