For you or as a special treat for your loved one. We all need to escape the stresses of our overworked lifestyles every now and then.

You will start to unwind with 45min of total inner peace whilst floating in our ‘Dream Pod’ float tank! Followed by a 30 minute foot treatment including  scrub, and soothing massage foot cream, whilst enjoying Japanese tea and sweets. You will then enjoy a 60min massage of your choice. Then, with no desire to join the real world yet enjoy a 90-minute Luxury Babor Ultimate Ampoule Facial, leaving you pampered and revived!

 

Please note: 

  • If you’re new to flotation therapy, we invite you to explore our Floatation page, where you can find information, advice, and insights to enhance your experience.
  • Foot soak will be not included during this 30min Foot treatment & massage treatment since there is a float session before. Your feet will be ready to receive scrub treatment.
  • We do not  perform blackhead extractions during facials. We would recommend seeking other specialists.
  • If you have sensitive skin, it’s important to consult your doctor first to ensure your skin is suitable for facial treatments. Using irregular or new products on sensitive skin can cause more harm than good. To protect your skin, consider visiting a dermatologist before booking.
  • We cannot perform any treatments if you are in the 1st trimester of your pregnancy. However, if you are in your second trimester or beyond, we offer a range of services, including the Pregnancy Massage or any of the following packages with a Pregnancy Massage upgrade: Head to Toe, Perfect Harmony, Healing Hands, or Float Away.

Do I need to make a deposit for a package booking?
Yes. Please secure your package booking with a deposit. All package bookings require a deposit to act as security for the booking. Bookings are final on the same day as the booking. Please visit ‘FAQ’ for our policy.

Can I have another massage style in this package?
Absolutely. Please feel free to inquire when making a booking. Please note that Remedial massage cannot be in packages/please book for a single treatment booking.

CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER FOR ONLINE BOOKING?

  • Unfortunately our booking page does not accept voucher payments. Feel free to reach out to us via Booking Request Form or Phone (03 9017 6032) to provide us with your gift voucher code, along with your preferred date, time, the number of individuals in your group, and the specific service you desire.

HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE AFTER RECEPTION HOURS (6PM MON-SAT & 4PM SUN) ?

  • For bookings made outside of our reception hours (6 PM Monday to Saturday, 4 PM Sunday), the remaining balance payment will be conveniently charged to your card on the day of your booking. Please ensure that your card has adequate funds to cover this payment. If you did not make any deposits when making an appointment (such as bookings valued under $150 made via phone), our receptionist will contact you on the booking day.

Please note:

    • Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may not have availability to offer the whole duration of your booking. If we cannot communicate by phone or email within 15min from your booking starting time, we will consider as a No-Show booking, and deduct the remaining balance as a penalty.
    • Cancellation & Rescheduling: We have a cancellation/rescheduling notice policy (24-hour for one or two people, and a 72-hour for groups/three or more people). Please call for any changes before these timeframes to avoid a penalty/full cost of your booking. *If you cannot talk to our reception staff, please send us email or use our Enquiry Form.
    • Group booking balance payment due: To ensure a hustle-free check-in procedure, the balance payment for group bookings will be required four days before the booking date. If you failed to finalise your balance payment 4days before, we may need cancel and refund your booking.
    • Treatment rooms: Any packages or treatments can be booked in a double room for a couple/friends/family session if you inquire in advance. Alternatively, you can book online and request a double room by leaving a comment in the note section. (*Except for Float sessions.)
    • Medical certificates: If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor to make an appointment.
    • Pregnancy treatments: Please notify if you are pregnant! We cannot accommodate you for any treatment if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks. We can accommodate customers who are between 13 and 38 weeks. We are unable to accommodate last-minute disclosures, such as arriving and revealing you are under 13 weeks, or requesting a cancellation due to labour after 39 weeks. In these cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a penalty (the full booking cost) will be charged.
    • Sundays & Public Holidays: Sunday will incur a 15% surcharge per person applies to all bookings, including sauna and float sessions. The balance can be paid at the shop if your booking time is before 4:00PM. Public Holidays will incur a 15% surcharge per person applies to all bookings including sauna and float sessions,  and full payment is required at the time of booking. *These surcharges also apply to gift vouchers and discounted membership rates for bookings made on these days.
