This natural healing art and ancient therapy use a method of foot massage, applying pressure to reflex zones on the soles of the feet. Reflexology is based on these zones mirroring the rest of the body, and by working these areas of the feet, the corresponding body part, gland or organ of the body can be therapeutically treated.

A foot treatment at Sensu Spa will start with a quick foot soak in essential oil-laden warm water, followed by a foot scrub then massage. Foot moisturising cream will then be applied to finish your relaxing treatment with us.
