New formula has arrived for this Spa facial treatment! 5x more concentrated Hydra plus ampoule will be applied during this session. Choose from our range of customised Spa facials depending on your skin type and condition. Your Babor full facial will be optimised with both a hydrating ampoule as well as a soft pack peel off mask leaving your skin revitalised and glowing! Select mask from Hydrating, Brightening, Anti-ageing.
Taken over 90 minutes your therapist will customise Babor products and specific ampoule for your skin type. You will also enjoy a luxury Babor arm and hand treatment while your customised mask is setting, and leave with a take home retail box of Hydra Plus ampoules to continue your Babor inspired skincare journey!
Please note:
- Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may not have availability to offer the whole duration of your booking. If we cannot communicate by phone or email within 15min from your booking starting time, we will consider as a No-Show booking, and deduct the remaining balance as a penalty.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: We have a cancellation/rescheduling notice policy (24-hour for one or two people, and a 72-hour for groups/three or more people). Please call for any changes before these timeframes to avoid a penalty/full cost of your booking. *If you cannot talk to our reception staff, please send us email or use our Enquiry Form.
- Group booking balance payment due: To ensure a hustle-free check-in procedure, the balance payment for group bookings will be required four days before the booking date. If you failed to finalise your balance payment 4days before, we may need cancel and refund your booking.
- Treatment rooms: Any packages or treatments can be booked in a double room for a couple/friends/family session if you inquire in advance. Alternatively, you can book online and request a double room by leaving a comment in the note section. (*Except for Float sessions.)
- Medical certificates: If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor to make an appointment.
- Pregnancy treatments: Please notify if you are pregnant! We cannot accommodate you for any treatment if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks. We can accommodate customers who are between 13 and 38 weeks. We are unable to accommodate last-minute disclosures, such as arriving and revealing you are under 13 weeks, or requesting a cancellation due to labour after 39 weeks. In these cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a penalty (the full booking cost) will be charged.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Sunday will incur a 15% surcharge per person applies to all bookings, including sauna and float sessions. The balance can be paid at the shop if your booking time is before 4:00PM. Public Holidays will incur a 15% surcharge per person applies to all bookings including sauna and float sessions, and full payment is required at the time of booking. *These surcharges also apply to gift vouchers and discounted membership rates for bookings made on these days.
