Enjoy our Coffee & Chocolate Detoxifying Body Treatment! As well as decedent on the senses, your skin will feel the nourishing qualities of our coffee spice body scrub and chocolate wrap, made from only pure Extracts, Minerals, Botanicals and Essential Oils.

You will start your 60 minute treatment with an exfoliation from our blend of our natural coffee and spice body scrub, which will awaken your skin and blast away dead cells which dull the skin’s surface as it soothes, hydrates, and nourishes with natural vitamins, ground coffee beans, and potent antioxidants. Our coffee scrub also helps to combat the occurrence of varicose veins typically by increasing blood flow, and the caffeine in the scrubs may even reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Then, utilising the richness of the Cocoa bean, our chocolate indulgence Body wrap will then be applied all over your body, full of anti-oxidants to protect your skin cells from short and long term damage caused by free radicals in our environment. A very hydrating, nourishing, energising and decadent body-wrap! Heaven on Earth as you drift off to a scalp massage while your wrap is setting!

Finally, after removing your wrap under our deluxe rainwater shower your skin will be left glowing with a vanilla bean moisturiser applied and massaged into your body to soften and condition your skin.

CAN I USE MY GIFT VOUCHER FOR ONLINE BOOKING?

Unfortunately our booking page does not accept voucher payments. Feel free to reach out to us via Booking Request Form or Phone (03 9017 6032) to provide us with your gift voucher code, along with your preferred date, time, the number of individuals in your group, and the specific service you desire.

HOW DO I PAY THE BALANCE AFTER RECEPTION HOURS (6PM MON-SAT & 4PM SUN) ?

For bookings made outside of our reception hours (6 PM Monday to Saturday, 4 PM Sunday), the remaining balance payment will be conveniently charged to your card on the day of your booking. Please ensure that your card has adequate funds to cover this payment. If you did not make any deposits when making an appointment (such as bookings valued under $150 made via phone), our receptionist will contact you on the booking day.

Please note:

- Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required. If you are late, we may not have availability to offer the whole duration of your booking. If we cannot communicate by phone or email within 15min from your booking starting time, we will consider as a No-Show booking, and deduct the remaining balance as a penalty.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: We have a cancellation/rescheduling notice policy (24-hour for one or two people, and a 72-hour for groups/three or more people). Please call for any changes before these timeframes to avoid a penalty/full cost of your booking. *If you cannot talk to our reception staff, please send us email or use our Enquiry Form.
- Group booking balance payment due: To ensure a hustle-free check-in procedure, the balance payment for group bookings will be required four days before the booking date. If you failed to finalise your balance payment 4days before, we may need cancel and refund your booking.
- Treatment rooms: Any packages or treatments can be booked in a double room for a couple/friends/family session if you inquire in advance. Alternatively, you can book online and request a double room by leaving a comment in the note section. (*Except for Float sessions.)
- Medical certificates: If you have compromised immune system, blood clots, kindly acquire a medical certificate from your doctor to make an appointment.
- Pregnancy treatments: Please notify if you are pregnant! We cannot accommodate you for any treatment if you are under 13 weeks or over 38 weeks. We can accommodate customers who are between 13 and 38 weeks. We are unable to accommodate last-minute disclosures, such as arriving and revealing you are under 13 weeks, or requesting a cancellation due to labour after 39 weeks. In these cases, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and a penalty (the full booking cost) will be charged.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Sunday will incur a 15% surcharge per person applies to all bookings, including sauna and float sessions. The balance can be paid at the shop if your booking time is before 4:00PM. Public Holidays will incur a 15% surcharge per person applies to all bookings including sauna and float sessions, and full payment is required at the time of booking. *These surcharges also apply to gift vouchers and discounted membership rates for bookings made on these days.
